Security is becoming an increasingly technical sector. Access control mechanisms, CCTV and other surveillance systems all play their part in keeping a building secure. But at ISS Pegasus Security, we put people first. We believe there’s no substitute for an alert, well-trained and professional team.

Our team works across a huge range of sites including landmark buildings such as the London Eye, public sector buildings including the Foreign and Commonwealth Office as well as universities and colleges, banks and many more. The challenges are varied but we always maintain a highly professional approach.

Regular contact with our clients is crucial, so we give every account a dedicated manager and we stay in touch through monthly and quarterly meetings. Our management team also carries out random visits to our customers’ premises at unspecified times, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We aim to visit every site at least once every 72 hours.

Of course, attentive service isn’t enough in itself so we put equal emphasis on our quality and training. We were the first organisation to become an approved assessment centre for National Vocational Qualifications Level 2 (Security) and we’ve obtained registration for our facilities to become approved test centres for the City & Guilds Professional Guards and NVQ examinations.
