At the core of every business are some invaluable, often overlooked, services. Functioning behind the scenes, office support services such as reception, security, mailroom, car parking and removal all keep a company running on a day-to-day basis. And keeping these services running cost-effectively is a full-time job.

ISS Office Support services are provided by highly professional and efficient teams. Many of our operations staff are cross-trained and multi-skilled, enabling them to carry out numerous tasks across a site. It’s an approach we’ve put into action at the Renault Nissan Alliance Headquarters.

Around 50 directly employed ISS staff work on-site and are managed by a dedicated Facility Services Manager. By receiving all their services from one point of contact, Renault Nissan has been able

to significantly cut costs while still maintaining consistently high standards. This level of service is measured and maintained through Service Level Agreements and through FM software which keeps our client up to date with work on-site.
